How to redeem your Choice Gift Card
Ready to turn your Choice Gift Card into something special? You can complete the redemption right here. Just follow these three straightforward steps:
- Enter your unique 19-digit gift card number
- Pick the gift card(s) you want
- Provide your details and use your card number and PIN to confirm
Redeem your gift card for multiple options
Your Choice Gift Card gives you the freedom to select multiple different gift cards during the redemption process. Each one must be worth at least £10. For example, if your card holds £150, you could redeem up to 15 different cards. It’s entirely up to you how you want to split the value. Mix, match, and customise as you go.

If you’ve chosen an e-voucher, you’ll receive it by email within 60 minutes. Didn't see it? Make sure to check your spam or junk folder. If it’s still missing, feel free to reach out via our contact form. If you’ve selected a physical card, it will be sent out via post within five business days to the address you provided. Please note that tracking details will not be sent after dispatch.
